President Bush uses faith-based organizations for AIDS fight:

President Bush seeks an additional $30 billion from Congress for the global fight against AIDS over the next five years, and he said: “We dedicate ourselves to a great purpose: We will turn the tide against HIV/AIDS - once and for all.”
Epidemiologists at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now estimate that between 55,000 and 60,000 Americans get infected with the HIV virus every year, versus the previously estimated range of roughly 40,000 new HIV infections each year. That is roughly 50 percent higher than previously believed. In other words, protect yourself and help stop the spread.
