The Flat Belly Diet

The new diet book Flat Belly Diet!, basically promotes eating a reduced calorie diet that is high in monounsaturated fat in order to flatten your belly with no exercise required. The diet is 32 days long, and indicates that studies show that this is “just enough time to make any dietary change a lifestyle.”

You may need more than 32 days to develop new eating habits, since our eating habits were formed many years ago. While I have not seen conclusive proof that one can successfully change their eating habits in that time frame, if you are dedicated to losing that troublesome belly fat, I believe you can do it. Don’t forget to consult your doctor before starting any new diet program.
