Makes a great dressing or a dip.
Diet Types: Dairy Free, Vegan, Vegetarian
Ingredients:
- 1/2 package silken tofu
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1 tablespoon Miso paste
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- Fresh ginger and cayenne to taste
Serves: 6
Cooking Time: Under 30 minutes
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and buzz until smooth. Add more soy milk for a thinner dressing, less for a dip. For more texture, stir in one tablespoon of Sesame Seeds after removing dressing from blender.
